20×30 Custom trade show booth design for Meso Scale Diagnostics |  AACR Annual Meeting – Chicago

At the AACR Annual Meeting in Chicago, Meso Scale Diagnostics entrusted us with a signature 20×30 custom trade show booth design to elevate their brand and scientific narrative. Their goal is to showcase high-sensitivity multiplex assays and electrochemiluminescence (ECL) platforms through an immersive, branded experience.

DisplayCraft’s design team took cues from the precision and clarity of scientific imaging to shape the booth’s structure. Clean lines, modular geometry, and elevated graphics, combined with strategic lighting, frame Meso Scale’s signature blue and teal identity.

We positioned a tall overhead banner hovering at approximately 16 feet to attract attention across the exhibit hall. Beneath it, fabric-enclosed demo pods created semi-private spaces for live instrument demonstrations, mirroring controlled lab environments. Open lounge zones fostered informal interactions, while dedicated rear conference rooms supported deeper technical discussions and meetings.

The design strikes a balance between exhibition scale and human-centered zones, creating an inviting, intelligible, and memorable experience. We aimed to convey Meso Scale’s technical excellence through a layout that was both welcoming and authoritative.
