I wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks to you, Wendy and the whole team at Display Craft. We have been exhibiting at conferences for the last few years and handling everything on our own—storage, shipping, booth set up and take down, ordering show services, etc. It has been a headache for us, and we always ran into hidden fees along the way, which ended up costing us big time. They always seem to charge you more after the fact!
Having Display Craft handle everything for us has made a night-and-day difference. The experience was seamless and the service was exceptional. The team onsite to help install/dismantle the booth, manage our needs, and everything else they did was amazing. They were able to fix a technical issue that even the show management could not figure out. They checked in with me multiple times before the show started and then while it was winding down. But the best thing of all is that we were able to walk away when the show ended—when we were exhausted from spending hours upon hours manning the booth—and we knew that everything was taken care of. We didn’t have to do a thing.
We were hesitant going into this because the price was a little higher, but we would do it again in a heartbeat. Money well spent! (And we probably ended up saving anyway! Not only on the hidden fees, but definitely my team’s sanity).
